Jonathan Costello and Chris Randazzo have formed Brook Street Investments, LLC (BSI). BSI is an investment company established to acquire small to mid sized industrial and service based companies in the Mid Atlantic region. Through BSI, Jonathan and Chris are combining their extensive strategic, sales, operational and financial resources to invest in and grow industrial and service based businesses.

Jonathan Costello is a Director with Safeguard International Fund, L.P., a $300 million middle market private equity fund focusing on industrial based technology companies. Since 2000 Mr. Costello has been responsible for all aspects of the investing business including deal sourcing, due diligence, deal negotiation, debt financing and portfolio company development. He manages five active investments with a combined market value in excess of $200 million.
Mr. Costello was an Associate for Howard Industries, a middle market private equity firm focused on manufacturing and industrial technology companies. He also worked at Deloitte & Touche LLP as a Manager in the Financial Regulatory Consulting Group. In that capacity, he advised companies in a number of industries including insurance, brokerage, banking and manufacturing. He is a certified public accountant, with extensive audit experience.
Mr. Costello received his undergraduate degree in Accountancy from Villanova University. He earned his M.B.A. from The Columbia Graduate School of Business, where he graduated Beta Gamma Sigma.

Chris Randazzo is the Vice President of Sales with PRICE Systems. PRICE Systems is based in Mt. Laurel N.J. and provides software and consulting services to the Aerospace and Defense industry. Mr. Randazzo has also held sales leadership positions in leading project management software companies in the Delaware Valley.
Prior to his software sales experience, Mr. Randazzo spent six years as the Vice President of Sales for Metal Services International (MSI). MSI was a metals distribution business consisting of fifteen service centers on the East Coast, providing value add manufacturing and distribution services for major OEM's across the United States. MSI was acquired by a strategic investor via a stock sale in 2000.
Mr. Randazzo is also the owner of Pinnacle Real Estate Holdings, LLC, a residential and commercial real estate company formed in 1995. Pinnacle acquires and develops residential and commercial real estate in the Delaware Valley. The Pinnacle real estate portfolio consists of over one hundred units and includes residential apartment complexes, retail strip centers and single-family homes.

Michael G. Moyer, Esq. is a principal in Land Services USA, Inc. Land Services USA is one of the nation's premier title insurance agencies providing commercial title insurance and related real estate services throughout the nation. Mr. Moyer serves as Senior Vice-President of Business Development for Land Services USA. In addition to Mr. Moyer's Business Development responsibilities, Mr. Moyer also serves as Counsel for Land Services USA where he provides underwriting support and general legal counsel. Mr. Moyer's clients include regional and national commercial, residential and industrial developers as well as institutional lenders, real estate investment trusts and highly sophisticated law firms.
Prior to joining Land Services USA, Mr. Moyer served as Counsel and Senior Vice-President for Fidelity National Title Insurance Company’s National Title Services office in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. While at Fidelity, Mr. Moyer formed and managed Fidelity's Direct Residential Department in Philadelphia and was a major contributor to the development of Fidelity's commercial presence in Philadelphia. While at Fidelity, Mr. Moyer was a repeatedly appointed into Fidelity's coveted "Presidents Club", he was formally elected into Fidelity's Leadership Development Program and he was formally recognized for his Leadership in the field of Commercial Loans and Mezzanine Financing.
Prior to joining Fidelity, Mr. Moyer served as General Counsel of eCal Corporation where he provided complete legal support for eCal Corporation including oversight of various rounds of private funding, filing of the Company's S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission in an effort to take eCal public, general transactional work, Human Resources guidance and oversight of eCal's litigation matters. While at eCal, Mr. Moyer frequently traveled overseas including frequent trips to Helsinki, Finland and London, England to negotiate various transactions with Nokia Networks, Reuters and eCal of Japan.
Prior to joining eCal Corporation, Mr. Moyer served as Associate General Counsel of GE Financial Assurance, a division of GE capital where he provided transactional expertise. While at GE Financial Assurance, Mr. Moyer was awarded a Black Belt in Six Sigma, a highly coveted designation within GE.
Mr. Moyer received a J.D. degree from the Villanova University School of Law where he was a member of the Villanova Law Review. Mr. Moyer is a member of: the Pennsylvania Bar Association; the New Jersey Bar Associations; the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the International Counsel of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Mr. Moyer received a B.A. degree from the University of Delaware.
